Story: Mitsuomi the Kaiser a master of pure power hes abilities surges a force of pure hatred that can be a good support for hes allies. Mitsuomi can Learn Poisoned Blades, Heavy Strike, Blades of Haste, Phantom Shadow

Abilities:

Poisoned Blades: This ability deals 15/30/45/60 damage per second to its target and slows its attackspeed by 60% for 5seconds.

Level.1: Deals 15 damage per second and slows AS by 60%
Level.2: Deals 30 damage per second and slows AS by 75%
Level.3: Deals 45 damage per second and slows AS by 90%
Level.4: Deals 60 damage per second and slows AS by 95%
Mana Cost: 90/120/150/170
Cooldown: 20/16/12/8
Range: 300
FrameWork: Mitsuomi's Blades become color green and strikes the target [Same as Pugnas projectile when using Aghanim]

Heavy Strike: Mitsuomi's Mastery of hes own power grants him to drain HP this ability drains 1% MAX HP per second to its target for 15/20/25/30

Level.1: 15seconds duration
Level.2: 20seconds duration
Level.3: 25seconds duration
Level.4: 30seconds duration
Mana Cost: 100/125/150/175
Range: 250
FrameWork: Mitsuomi goes near a targeted unit and strike it heavily

Blades of Haste: Mitsuomi gains 7% Spell Damage reduction and in additon grants him 11% chance to dodge an attack.

Level.1: SDR 7%/ 11% chance to dodge
Level.2: SDR 11%/ 15% chance to dodge
Level.3: SDR 15%/ 19% chance to dodge
Level.4: SDR 19%/ 23% chance to dodge
[Passive Abilitiy]
FrameWork: When learnede Mitsuomi's blades turns into a Bluish Sword with a light effect

[Ultimate Skill]
Phantom Shadow: Mitsuomi becomes fully Untouchable making him invulnerable to physical attacks for 10/12/14seconds. Attack is disabled though.

Level.1: 10seconds duration
Level.2: 12seconds duration
Level.3: 14seconds duration
Mana Cost: 250/350/450
Cooldown: 150/100/50
Range:100[Melee]
FrameWork: Mitsuomi's becomes fully transparent making him hard to be seen and becomes invulnerable
