Eiram Oapmis ==Light Sorceress

Story
A sorceress trained by an unknown goddess. For being the only follower, Eiram was granted a portion of the goddess’ power. Because of this power, Eiram gained a glowing complexion, never aged and remained beautiful. Some say, she is the unknown goddess but no one was able to find out the truth about her history. The Sentinels asked for her aid and she shed light on their darkest times.

Spells and Skills

LIGHT WAVE
Shoots a wave of blinding light at her enemies.
Level 1= Deals 80 damage, 7% accuracy reduction, 2 second duration.
Level 2= Deals 160 damage, 8% accuracy reduction, 3 second duration.
Level 3= Deals 240 damage, 9% accuracy reduction, 4 second duration.
Level 4= Deals 320 damage, 10% accuracy reduction, 5 second duration.
MANACOST: 90/110/130/150
COOLDOWN: 12 seconds.
FRAMEWORK: Light Wave looks like a white shockwave. It can reach units 690 range away. The width is 200
NOTE: Accuracy reductions stack. Not affected by spell-reduction.

Shield of the Goddess
Eiram’s armor type becomes Divine.
Level 1= 2 second duration.
Level 2= 3 second duration.
Level 3= 4 second duration.
Level 4= 5 second duration.
MANACOST: 185
COOLDOWN: 60/50/40/30 seconds.
FRAMEWORK: A white beam of light is focused on the caster for 2/3/4/5 seconds. Eiram’s armor type becomes Divine, granting her high damage reduction from normal, piercing, siege, magic and hero type attacks. She only receives 100% damage from Chaos-type attacks. Spells deal full damage even with spell-reduction.
NOTE: Can be purged. Dispels when the caster attacks or casts a spell.

Celestial Light
Eiram uses her light to aid her allies or punish her enemies.
Level 1= 20 HP/Mana heal on ally, increases regeneration by 10%, 20 damage/manaburn on enemy, decreases regeneration by 10%
Level 2= 30 HP/mana heal on ally, increases regeneration by 20%, 30 damage/manaburn on enemy, decreases regeneration by 20%
Level 3= 40 HP/mana heal on ally, increases regeneration by 30%, 40 damage/manaburn, decreases regeneration by 30%
Level 4= 50 HP/mana heal on ally, increases regeneration by 40%, 50 damage/manaburn, decreases regeneration by 40%
MANACOST: 100/100/120/120
COOLDOWN: 20 seconds.
FRAMEWORK: A yellow beam of light is focused on the target. On allies, HP/mana regeneration increases, on enemies, HP/mana regeneration decreases.
NOTE: Buff lasts for 10 seconds. Can be cast on self. Can be purged.

HEAVEN STRIKE
Eiram sends the wrath of heaven to enemies around her.
Level 1= 500 damage, 400 AoE.
Level 2= 600 damage, 430 AoE.
Level 3= 700 damage, 460 AoE, enemy heroes within 300 range with only 30% HP will instantly get killed.
MANACOST: 400/550/700
COOLDOWN: 280/180/140 seconds.
FRAMEWORK: Massive, deadly beams of light from the sky strike nearby enemy heroes.
NOTE: Cooldown reduces by 50 seconds when equipped with Aghanim’s Scepter.

Any, depends on the role she plays.

Aghanim’s Scepter, Guinsoo’s Scythe of Vyse, Vanguard, Eye of Skadi, Any armor.

eclestial light = was it per second if so what's with increase 10% regen

and i find it overpowered

shadow word only does 40 damage per second yours does mana burn and has higher damage with a very low mana consumption

Celestial light heals/damages only once. the buff is for the increase/decrease in regeneration.

i find the first and fourth skill a bit overpowered.

the rest are fine but she lacks a certain defining characteristic on her... all in all, pretty good but needs a few changes.[img][/img]

oops, sorry. yeah, she has a good defining characteristic, its just the overpowered feature...

i can't really remember what i was trying to say. maybe the shield thing. i don't know. haha.

its pretty good, just needs power down.

The spell Shield of the Goddess maybe very powerful but she can't attack nor cast a spell or else the shield will dispel and it only lasts for 5 seconds.
