An you won't need all that mana either. His slow is already enough. Higher attack speed will make sure that the slow never goes away. You're better off using damage items rather than stat-enhancing items.

I prefer MKB because of the mini-stun (Great for catching up and stopping TP)
Naix doesn't need EoS because his slow and stuns are enough. Go for damage items.
