Ykki - "Mhoore Champion"

this is my very first dream hero post. - rafraf

Edit 1: changed ulti's cooldown and manacost.
Edit 2: changed the skills again and lessen the starting attack speed.
Edit 3: changed starting stat and build-up.

Hero Description:

He looks like Wildmutt from the cartoon series, Ben 10 or Ulfsaar but with golden fur, small eyes, and a huge mouth filled with hundreds of teeth.

Affiliation: Sentinel

Hero Story:

When the messengers of the Sentinel reached the desert plains of Yggdal, they found a proud race of Mhoores who represented their best champion to be part of the war against the Scourge. Indeed their best, Ykki, was a true potenial to the Sentinel. Trained all his life by the best of old warriors, he's a force not to be ignored.

Stats:

Primary Attribute: AGI
Damage: 52-57
Range: MELEE
Strength: 14 + 1.6
Agility: 25 + 2.3
Intelligence: 12 + 1.0
Attack Speed: 1.0
Movement Speed: 315
Armor: 2.0

Skills:

SAND ATTACK:
Ykki burrows deep into the sand. Once he attacks, he deals physical damage and stun duration of 1 second of 300 AoE. Gains 7% movement speed in all levels. Lasts 10 seconds

Level 1: 50 damage
Level 2: 70 damage
Level 3: 90 damage
Level 4: 110 damage

Manacost: 100/100/120/140
Cooldown: 15/14/14/12

Framework: Ykki becomes invisible for a period of time. He becomes visible once he attacks and will deal damage and stun.

CURL:
Ykki restores his mana by curling up. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled. Ykki will be visible to the map. After 10 seconds, he regains mana.

Level 1: restores 40% of mana
Level 2: restores 50% of mana
Level 3: restores 60% of mana,
Level 4: restores 70% of mana, +3 armor

Manacost: N/A
Cooldown: 10/10/10/10 seconds

Framework: Ykki curls up into a ball with a yellow aura. After curl, he returns to his normal stance.

DESERT CLAW:
Ykki will receive bonus attack speed and 10% chance to stun. Lasts 5 seconds.

Level 1: +60% attack speed
Level 2: +80% attack speed
Level 3: +110% attack speed
Level 4: +130% attack speed

Manacost: 50
Cooldown: 15/10/10/8

Framework: Ykki gains a red aura and shining claws until 5 seconds.

[ULTI]SPEEDSTORM:
Ykki rages and dashes forward an enemy with much speed and force which deals penetrating damage. Stuns target and all around it for 2 seconds. Range of 800.

Level 1: deals 350 damage
Level 2: deals 450 damage
Level 3: deals 550 damage

Manacost: 275/375/475 mana
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Framework: Light emits from Ykki then he charges at the enemy. As he charges, sand smoke emits from behind him. At the end, he appears behind the enemy and enemy is stunned.

Well it depends on you. Maybe max out desert claw first so you get last hits / denies.

Item Build:
Usually for me, i classify things first. If i already have skills that:

are spammable in damage...
give extra movespeed and invisiblity...
give mana restoration...
give attack speed bonus and pierce...
deal last-hit, piercing damage...

...I get items which improves where he is vulnerable and weak like his mana capacity, health and more damage.

Maybe:
Linken's Sphere
Soulbooster or Bracer or Null
Vanguard
Butterfly
BoT
Battle Fury

i don't see any synergy in your skills. 1st skill too much like blink strike w/ speed increase.

the first skill looks like vendetta with a stun

question:

if you are in Curl state can you move?

does it dispels when attacked?
