Damage: 40 - 47 | HP: 416 | Mana: 195
HP Regen: 0.67 | Mana Regen: 0.61
Attack Speed: 2.0 | Armor: 3
Leonardo, the teenage mutant ninja turtle that teached by Splinter sensei, the mutant rat ninja, become the dual swordsmaster. Splinter sensei ordered him to join the war between the Sentinel and the Scourge.
Bladestorm (F)
Causes a bladestorm of destructive force of 200 AoE around him, rendering him immune to magic and dealing damage to nearby enemy units and buildings. Lasts 5 seconds.
Level 1 - Deals 80 damage per second.
Level 2 - Deals 90 damage per second.
Level 3 - Deals 100 damage per second.
Level 4 - Deals 110 damage per second.
It will deflect all incoming ranged attacks.
Mana Cost: 110
Cooldown: 30
Framework: Like Blade Fury.
Turtle Shell (R)
He is Turtle. So, his shell can protect him from attacks.
Level 1 - 10% reduced from rear, and 10% magic reduction from rear.
Level 2 - 20% reduced from rear, and 15% magic reduction from rear.
Level 3 - 30% reduced from rear, and 20% magic reduction from rear.
Level 4 - 40% reduced from rear, and 20% magic reduction from rear.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Emerge (E)
He become cannot attacks or attacked, but can break through projectiles, units, trees, and other objects until deactivated.
Level 1 - Drains 25 mana/second.
Level 2 - Drains 30 mana/second.
Level 3 - Drains 35 mana/second.
Level 4 - Drains 40 mana/second.
100 initial mana cost.
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 0
Framework: Become semi-transparent.
Slice (C)
He slash many enemies and stun them for a short time. Each units only can be slashed once.
Level 1 - Can slash 4 enemies, and stun for 1.25 second.
Level 2 - Can slash 5 enemies, and stun for 1.50 second.
Level 3 - Can slash 6 enemies, and stun for 1.75 second.
Mana Cost: 110
Cooldown: 30

Avoid enemy hero that have area skills or DPS, and leaking your mana.
Good friends are friends that can increase your mana/mana regen.

Bladestorm - Overpowered
Turtle shell - Overpowered.. i think
Emerge - i think it should be
lvl 1 - drains 25 mana/sec
lvl 2 - drains 30 mana/sec
lvl 3 - drains 35 mana/sec
lvl 4 - drains 40 mana/sec
slice - damage per slash??

Maybe Slice damage depends only on his attack damage.

if his enrage is the other way round, i rather leave it at level 1 for the lower mp cost and same effect

Hmmm, my impression for this hero:
Story - what's the point?
1st skill - Perfect. But can be countered by a blade mail.
2nd skill - Just like bristleback, but better but imba.
3rd skill - Why bother.
4th skill - Every enemies hit will be stunned? Hmmm, overpowered....
Overall Concept - Combination of Juggernaut and Bristleback. Both imba and perfect...
