simple. paint. although it doesnt work on animated ones.

Yup, paint may be the easiest way to edit a picture. But the result's quality is limited. Much better if using Photoshop. However since this is for free, may be we should take it easy ^^

nah the thing is i think the userbar animator might work for larger pictures, than say the standard userbar size, go on paint and stick a series of userbars together like say this

Spirit Breaker Bone Fletcher
Troll Warlord Oblivion
Enigma Shadow Shaman

so instead of 3 pencil thin user bars u got 1 really fat one ( make it cycle between the one on the left and the one on the right )
