2v2 help

2v2 help

My friends and I are having a 2v2 battle best 2 out of 3. APEM, we are pretty new to the game but arnt bad. The first game my friend and I got rocked went troll warlord and furion. The 2nd game I went enchantress and friend went bloodseeker and destroyed them. We have our 3rd game coming up and Id like to see some nice combos. They are hinting at going avernus and the pally guy with magic shield cant think of name right now. Any strat ideas or combos would be great thanks in advance!

-em ruins early game advantages so pick a powerful late gamer and farm the whole game.

i think you can use any good early game harasser and combine it with a mid and late game hero probably a nuker as ihave used in my combos below

possible combos

Bone Fletcher and Slayer

Lion and Enchantress

or u can go for the best 3B <BBB> combo which me and my friends use ((((you and your friend can use any one of the three))))

Barathrum/Banehallow/Balanar and Banehallow/Balanar/Barathrum

i know that they are late game heroes but its worth a try bcoz they really start owning at mid game and there item builds are also pretty much the same

NOTE:-
I recommend that you use any one of the first two options if you have problems farming

balanar,naix,oblivion,oblivion destroyer are the game enders.

axe, insane tank late game, and a very good counter for avernus.
and a DPS hero, preferably agi types like mortred, juggernaut, ursa or stygwyr.

yah need combo?Try Bane Elemental and Sven.
Heres the combo:
Sven GodStrength, stun atk,atk,atk nightmare, go closer, then brainzap, fiends grip, atk some more, stormbolt, atack some more. he/she should be dead already. if not chase stormbolt atk some more.

cool thanks for the responses guys. Still unsure about what combo we are going to use...will have to play some more games as axe seems he would be a good choice. Also if anyone has a counter to spectre our opponents have been playing lots of games as spectre and sk, their teamwork isnt great but the spectre player is really good.

If they do go abbadon and purist the omniknight, take rexxar the beastmaster and anubarak the nerubian assassin. The nerubian assassin trashes abbadon. All you have to do is wait to use your stun until he has used his shield. Then you stun, as it removes the shield without AOE damage. Mana burn purist to keep his heals under control, and let rexxar's axes win the day.

Early items: Ring of basilusk, ring of regen fo rexxar, headdress ring of regen for NA. Stat items for both.

Then midgame just let rexxar start the combos with his roar. Then nerubian assassin's many nukes make short work of the enemy. Be sure to get bashers and hearts on rexxar for late game. For the NA, a guinsoo might be worth the price if repel isn't giving you problems. Otherwise try some blademails.

If I'm not wrong, it's purist the second one.

Well,
1st option : what McGuaoMan said.
2nd option : Perma basher team [take magina and Faceless so the slow won't effect much]
3rd option : Axe and Naix [Naix will take Purist and Axe hold the abaddon - after purist gone for good, naix will kick abaddon and axe use his last touch] - use Axe's armor build.
4rd option : I'll think about it XD

Cool guys thanks for all the new suggestions and in depth replies. I've been practicing using axe, as before had never played a real game with him and am suprised at the success. If anyone has some basic strats with him thatd be great. when i played i went bracer, wraith, treads S&Y, and vanguard, but was wondering if things such as lifesteal items might be good.

@McGuaoMan Thanks for the indepth details ill have to try out those 2 heroes with my friend see if we like that combo

try rhasta and bane, "team battles" will always be 2 on 1.
for rhasta: euls and BoT, late game items will be aghanims and refresher. bane gets necro3 and euls.

if they go abadon and omni, try magina and axe. axe will counter abadon's ulti, magina will make omni useless(omni with no mana = useless omni)

for axe get blink, BoT, cuirass and mass hearts. and dont get hunger
for magina get 2xbashers and butterfly to force a 1 on 1. dont get spell shield since enemies rely on physical hits. get mana void only if omni gets +mana items.
