recipe:mask of death,HoT,and 2 ultimate orbs

Adds 55 to all stats,passive=lifesteal,11hp/regen,passive=sleep activated when your hp is getting red,and +400 hit points. Lovestruck

HoT plus 2 ultimate orbs give you 55 str. Why It's only 40? HoT has 11 hp/sec reg. Why it's only 9 hp/sec?
