"feedback" comes from item : manta style, diffusal blade.
it's like magina mana burn, it burn mana with each attack, a.k.a feedback.

Will Cold Attack: Ranged work with Manta Style if you have a Lifesteal to override the Feedback?

Alright quick question, say you choose Silencer, or any hero with a "toggle orb effect buff placer" and you get Manta Style, if you had a good enough micro, you could alternate between Feedback and the hero orb each hit right? By toggling the "Autocast" button?
