Basic Item receipe

I have an Idea for a basic Item receipe...if you have 3 ultimate orbs they join for a Crystal and you have 4 quarterstaffs they join for a staff so you have a Base and a crystal...
attributes would be
+40 dmg
+40% ias
+30 to all attributes

so actually worth getting...now I need some suggestions what you could give it for ablities Wink

3 ultimate orbs costs 2100 each, multiply that by 3 = 6300.
Quarterstaffs each are 1150, multiply that by 3 again = 3450.

That is expensive. Plus, compare it with others and compare the effects.

so?! I remember an item where EoS was put together with eaglehorn and that item wasnt cheap either...also what would you get on heroes like dirge which farm mad but cant spend the money well because the items are just not worth it...also what I ment wasnt to just put this item with the current buffs in..I more wanted to know some abilities which would fit (acive,passive)
