Been a while since i posted,but i've finally found the time.Please leave any comments on what i should improve etc.

Val'Roc,born to the darkspear tribe,hunter of great beasts,and slayer of men.When the war began,Val'Roc looked for an opprotune moment to join.He would join with the winning side,savouring the victory of crushing skulls,batheing in the blood of his enemys,howling war cries of fear into enemies,and slaying all who cross his path.His mortal enemy,Traxxex,is who he hunts with the greatest Fervor,though all others he fights with bloodied fury

Runefang (R)

Useoing the fabled axe of his clan,Val'roc cleaves in the skulls of his enemies,and rends his victims.Hamstring:Deals a bonus 5/10/15/20 damage and slows targets attack and movement speed by 7%/12%/17%/22&.
Level 1 - Adds 2 bonus damage and a 3% chance to Hamstring
Level 2 - Adds 4 bonus damage and a 6% chance to hamstring
Level 3 - Adds 6 bonus damage and a 8% chance to hamstring
Level 4 - Add 10 bonus damage and a 10% chance to hamstring.
Passive Orb Effect.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown:
Framework: One of the two axes Val is holding glow green.If hamstring hits it looks like sange.
Notes: Great for dealing damage and for chasing your opponent.


Bloodcraze (E)

Val'Roc goes into a blood craze,making him fight faster,and fiercer. Lasts 3 seconds
Level 1 - Grants 10%IAS,2 bonus damage/second,and a 15% lifesteal.
Level 2 - Grants 15%IAS,3 bonus damage/second,and a 20% lifesteal.
Level 3 - Grants 20%IAS,4 bonus damage/second,and a 25% lifesteal.
Level 4 - Grants 25%IAS,5 bonus damage/second,and a 30% lifesteal.
Active.
Mana Cost:55/60/65/70
Cooldown:45/40/35/30
Framework: Vals eyes begin to glow red,and his axes take on a orange hue.
Notes: Excellent 1on1 skill.

Howl of fear (W)

Val'Roc unleashes a howl so vile,it puts fear into his enemies.Last 2/3/4/5 seconds.300 AOE
Level 1 - Enimies lose 5hp/sec and controll of there character.
Level 2 - Enimies lose 7hp/sec and controll of there character.
Level 3 - Enimies lose 9hp/sec and controll of there character.
Level 4 - Enimies lose 11hp/sec and controll of there character.
Active Defence.
Mana Cost: 45/55/65/75
Cooldown: 15/20/25/30
Framework: A large orange glow of the original Taunt ability expands from Val,and a roar noise is heard.
Notes: Good for defence and offence.

Skullsplit (T)
Val'Roc strikes an opponent with such force,that he splits the targets head.Upon succeding this,he eats the opponents heart,thus gaining it's knowledge,strength,and speed.
Level 1 - Deals 175 damage plus an additional 5 damage for three seconds.If killed target loses 1 of all stats and Val gaind 1 of all stats
Level 2 - Deals 215 damage plus an additional 10 damage for three seconds.If killed target loses 1.25 of all stats and Val gaind 1.25 of all stats
Level 3 - Deals 265 damage plus an additional 15 damage for three seconds.If killed target loses 1.5 of all stats and Val gaind 1.5 of all stats
Ultimate.
Mana Cost: 150/200/250
Cooldown: 35/45/55
Framework: Strkies with both axes.A red blast strikes target from axes.If killed instantly,target explodes,and a -1 in red above dead target and +1 in gold appears above Val'Roc.If not killed instantly target has a bleeding effect like rupture.Again if dies afterwards +1/-1 shows.If not killed target stays normal.

Why:The lifesteal is not an orb but an aura.Thus it'll go well with runefang and bloodcraze.

Why:The aura is nice,on top of having the lifesteal aura,you know also have IAS on top of bloodcraze.DAMN!

Gives:
+30 Damage
+3 Str
Passive: Bash
15% Chance (10% for Ranged), 1.1 Second Stun

+150% Mana Regeneration
+6 HP/Sec Regeneration

Bard Man likes your take on the Ravager. Though the ult seems a bit imba... Still, Bard Man supposes it's got a pretty low chance of working. Nice job.

1.5 of all stats per kill??? I mean Silencer gets 1 INT and that is quite enough... Could you write something bout the synergies of the skills cause I don't quite see them myself...

@Bardman:Thanks.

@Heppu:Ok skill synergies.You use Runefang and bloodcraze in combination,giving you bonus damage and IAS.Stack that with the hamstring effect,and ya got a pretty tank troll.On top of it,being AGI main,he gains even more IAS and MS as part of just leveling up,plus bonus damage.The ultimate is the way it is because the chance is low.Yes,Silencer gets +1 for a kill,but his is a autocast no cd ability.My ultimate deals damage,dps,and then has a Cooldown of 55 seconds at max level.Compared to silencers autocast,this is nothing.On top of all that,if you get ganked,or your attempting to catch someone whose a little bit too far for melee,but just in range for it,use shout to catch up to them or get them away from you.Really,what i was going for,was a kind of 1on1 hero.

I'll put up some item synergies later.
