Staff of reversed Flow

This Staff, made by the Blood Elves to help their Novices, got into the hands of the Archmages and was considered to be too cruel.

Items:
4x Quarterstaff
Mystic Staff
Receipe (1000)

Gives:
+40 damage
+30 int
+50% attackspped

passive: Reverse Flow
Attacks of the bearer cause the targets mind to flow to the outside of the body, leaving the soul wide open to damage
+20% damage through spells for 4 sec
-15% damage through physical damage for 3seconds

Awesome item. Wonder where you got the idea. lol jk jk. This is really a more high end item. its more than 7K in price. I like it, even though the + attack speed from quarterstaves disappears. Though you add an active cast which i guess works.

I like the Active's idea, though the name is a little odd. Maybe something more blatant.

yeah got if off you i think the stuff with +spell dmg..wanted2 balance it...but the attack speed disappears for the passive...

Yes, indeed where? 4xquarterstaff gives +40% IAS and now its gone

PS: Its Mystic Staff, not magic staff ^^
