Lone Assassin - Nearaj'el

Being the sole survivor of their clan after the invasion of Burning legion. Lone assassin belong to the Elite member of their clan .Known for his unmatchable speed,dexterity and vengeance for the undead, he is one of the feared warriors in battle field. Swear to his dagger to drew the life out of his enemies. The lone assassin is determined to exterminate the scourge. Empowered by killing rage, he seeks out and and one by one swiftly killing the target. Fueled by his desire to take his revenge he joined sentinel to fulfill his last wish and promised to take annihilate the scourge till his last breath.

Primary:Agility type hero

1st Skill-->>Moonlight Shadow
Lone assassin uses nightshade to blend to his environment to gain partial invisibility gaining evasion.

Lvl 1--Gains 7% evasion and partial invisibility by night
Lvl 2--Gains 10% evasion and partial invisibility by night
Lvl 3--Gains 13% evasion and partial invisibility by night
Lvl 4--Gains 15% evasion and partial invisibility by night

2nd Skill-->>Blood Dagger(orb effect)
Lone Assassin drews blood to an enemy hero piercing its armor and gaining life steal

Lvl 1--1 armor penalty and 5% lifesteal
Lvl 2--2 armor penalty and 10% lifesteal
Lvl 3--3 armor penalty and 15% lifesteal
Lvl 4--4 armor penalty and 20% lifesteal

3rd Skill-->>Killing Rage
Lone Assassin gains bonus movement and attack speed per hit to enemy hero and chance to teleport the enemy hero and him to random place in first hit.

Lvl 1--> adds 2% movement speed and 3% attack speed per hit and 5% to blink to random place in 500 range in first hit
Lvl 2--> adds 4% movement speed and 5% attack speed per hit and 6% to blink to random place in 550 range in first hit
Lvl 3--> adds 6% movement speed and 7% attack speed per hit and 7% to blink to random place in 600 range in first hit
Lvl 4--> adds 8% movement speed and 9% attack speed per hit and 8% to blink to random place in 650 range in first hit

Final Skill -->>Vengeance
Lone Assassin is seeks revenge to his enemies gaining bonus damage and agility per hero kill.

Lvl 1-->adds 5 agility per kill hero kill and 5 bonus damage.
Lvl 1-->adds 7 agility per kill hero kill and 8 bonus damage.
Lvl 1-->adds 9 agility per kill hero kill and 10 bonus damage.

In my opinion:
First skill seems pretty good.Not sure i quite understand the "partial"invisibility.
Second skill seems ok too,if i knew what the armor penalty amount was.If it is like 1/2/3/4 then it's ok,but something like 2/4/6/8 or something like that would be a bit much.At level 7,I don't see to many heroes with over 8.Maybe agi,or tanks but...
Third Skill Seems pretty good as well.I think it'd be funny to get that blink when your within range of a tower and you blink there.Lol.
Fourth Skill:This is where i have problems.The agi bonus is way high and so is the damage.If you decided to be a jerk,and ks everyone think of what you could accomplish.I'd make it maybe 1/1.5/2 and 3/4/5 but even then you could do well.If i had that max level,and got 10 kills.Thats 90 bonus agi,and 100 bonus damage,and being a agi hero thats a total of 190 bonus damage.HOLY SMOKES AND OATS!.
