Terrorblade vs. Double Ranged Lane

Sorry about the rather unoriginal Subject text, but I couldn't find anything better.
So, now to the replay. I'm playing a game with my friend bonen_19. It's an -ap match so I ofcourse -random'ed. I got Terrorblade which was fine, but it has been a looong time since I played him and the fact is, that last time I played him, I sucked. I was paired up with Magnus in top lane against Razor and WD, a bit tough, but doable lane. But then, 5 mins into the game Magnus lagged out, and I was left alone at top lane against the two afore mentioned heroes. I try to farm the best I can without getting too close to them, because that would mean alot of harrassment. We lose the two top towers, my teammates won't come to help, even though I type help in chat and spam blink in the mini map, and I can't farm much at all. Will we hold up despite top lane being trashed early? Will we withstand being one man down? Will I become the late game monster that Terrorblade is feared for, despite the close to zero farming all early game?
