hehe..its say at the same time...then it will be no spcific...if its at 1 time,its only for certain hero but if is is about 1 hero kill all 5 hero,
,Troll and luna is the best hero to do like that..=p

i pick zeus. if all the enemy heros are all in the reds. activate wrath. then BOOM! 5 kills.

No hero can kill 5 full hp heroes by himself, if hes not feeded.
Luna get feeded very easily, hes ulti knocks out 2-3 and he can kill the rest with BoT bfly satanic bkb.

Yeah, that BoT surely depends it all. If you do not have those BoT, then you dont have a chance.
Note my sarcarsm.

Anyhoo.
It's not possible. You need help to pull it off.
But Enigma and Crixalis is a nice combo. Crixalis has all the time in the world to do his ulti during blackhole.

yeah..
but another combo is mgnus and sandking...
the magnus ulti will make all enmy in 1 are. and this will make SK ulti more painfull cause the closer sk near them,the more dmg the got from the epicenter...
