Hmm..does the rot transfer to the illusions?(probably not )

I never tried manta on him but if you get it early it might cost you since you need hp and resist to sustain your rot, and if you get it late the game should be over. Anyway, it sure will throw off their game when they're hooked from the forest and there are three pudges waiting there !!! Nooooooooooooooooo

1. Good against tankers like centaur,etc
2. Increase Mana
3. Escapes
4. I think illusions can stack flesh heap(not sure)
5. Pushing Power since Pudge has high attack damage at late games

OK DUDES ITS MY IDEA ASK THAT DUDE THERE HE RECOGNIZES THE NAME RIGHT DUDE??? OK OBVIOUSLY THE ROT DOESNT WORK BUT WHILE IN DISMEMBER YOUR IMAGES CAN MAKE A DECENT AMOUNT OF DAMAGE PLUS THERE'S NO ESCAPE...
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED I HOOKED THE OTHER TEAMS TANKER (CENTAUR)...EVERTIME I HOOK HIM HE ALWAYS GETS AWAY WITH STUN..FILLED WITH GREED AND PRIDE HE CALLED HIS OTHER TEAMMATES NEARBY....OBVIOUSLY I DIED...AFTER I WENT AGAINST AN AI.....MOVING ON I'LL ASK TO GUT TO MAKE A GUIDE FOR THIS ILL JUST TEACH HOW I DID IT.....EY! ! ! YOU DIDNT THOUGHT OF IT I DID....APOLOGIZE TO ME DUDE..SEE IN SCHOOL TOMMOROW ILL TELL YOU HOW I DID IT....DEADLYDUEL

dude one more thing never use manta for pushing with pudge.

waist of mana since you have a low mana regen and you never know when your gonna need it....
and deadlyduel if your gonna try this build.
i reccomend you should work on your hooks first.

how about defensive pushing? creeps is eating the base and you need something to buy some time.

iTS QUITE USEFUL.... if ure fighting a nub.... hehex... When u meat hook, u rot and manta.... Make it near to ur opponent, very near... And u use fresh meat... And press attack to the ur opponent... And u use the illusions to block the running/escaping hero.....
That if u fights a nub, or fighting players who easily panics....
HEHE... and some forest, its a dead end, blocked by trees... so when u meat hook... Use manta,,, and ur opponent cant escape!!! XD

Leave it to the other heroes to stop pushes and push. Pudge's role is to kill heroes, gank and ambush.

Though manta can increase the damage output of pudge while he dismembers them, the mana cost is too high and images block your hook. The dismember is also not long enough.

I think its decent in a pub game, works pretty much like Necronomicon on him, which i personally feel is better.

ive tried it before and it actually worked. i summon my images then i do the hook, dismember, rot combo. since the enemy cant move while pudge is dismembering him/her, the images can do good damage to the enemy. but its really just a waste of money. just buy another HoT or battlefury.

sorry for double post; i don't mean that Diffusal Blade is effective on him, it's just better than Manta Style.

and, btw, I think Pudge only has one hand, so the thread must be titled "Manta Style in the hand of Pudge" hehe.
