i would say raxxar primal roar is the best. why?
good gank initiator
long duration
can be used as a somewhat escape mechanism(slow)
low mana cost
fairly easy to use(click click)

hehe...1 more hro thath his stun is irratataing...
thahts is alchemsit stun..man,at early game it is so irratating if u are not invi type hero...its can cast until 5 sec if im correct...and its stun will hit u althought u run as fast as superman..=p
