Description:
A mythical stone said to give its owner the power to move back in time and correct past mistakes.


+750 mana
+3 to all stats
+3 to Intelligence

Second Chance (passive, cooldown 60 sec)
If an AOE spell is cast (ie. Midnight Pulse) but no heroes or creeps (if it affects them) are in the AOE, the caster loses only half the mana required for the spell and the cooldown is reset (just that spell). If the spell was an ultimate (ie. Freezing Field), regardless of whether there were creeps in the AOE, as long as no heroes were present, the normal mana requirement is lost and the cooldown is set at half of its normal length. This effect has a 50% chance of refreshing itself upon activation.

Discussion:

This item would be great for any Int hero that has AOE spells and requires a large quantity of mana...
For example, if Witch Doctor misses with Maledict (happens often), he doesn't have to wait for the cooldown to cast it again.

Also, this would greatly reduce the cooldown for ulti's used at the wrong time by accident (Tide/Treant/Shadow Fiend) and save you the trouble of waiting that long...

nice idea but what about rattletraps powercogs...are they considered a dmg aoe spell?

I wouldn't really consider them as an AOE spell....same with Furion's trees...
well, it's obvious that the item needs to be more specific in what spells it affect but i can't really think of a way without making the description half a page long...help please?!

dunno probably only aoe spells which are targeting an area...like rocket flare or enigmas ulti or chronosphere...where you would have to mention that chronos doesnt work cuz u could spam hronospere then XDDD

wouldn't it be kinda pointless to spam it if there are no heroes inside??...the only way it could be "spammed" (at half cooldown its STILL 80 secs) is if someone really good at using it always placed it right in front of the enemy so that technically there would be no hero inside during casting...
