INT = 23 + 2.75
AGI = 15 + 1.40
Base damage: 44 - 57
Appearance: looks like a priest or a leader of a holy order
Affiliation: Sentinel
Range: Ranged 575
Attack speed: 1.63
Movement speed: 290
HP/ Mana: 511/ 299
HP regeneration rate/ Mana regeneration rate: 0.82/ 0.93
Armor: 1
Abilities:
*FIRST SKILL*
SHARED PAIN (D) (ACTIVE) Clifford links his soul to an enemy hero. Any damage done to Clifford is dealt to the enemy hero linked to him. Makes also his enemy vulnerable from other attacks.
Last for 7 seconds.(not channeling)
Level 1 30% damage done to Clifford is received by the linked enemy hero. 5% increase damage done to the enemy hero.
Level 2 40% damage done to Clifford is received by the linked enemy hero. 10% increase damage done to the enemy hero.
Level 3 50% damage done to Clifford is received by the linked enemy hero. 15% increase damage done to the enemy hero.
Level 4 60% damage done to Clifford is received by the linked enemy hero. 20% increase damage done to the enemy hero.
Manacost: 75 all levels
HP cost per second: 10/ 15/ 15/ 20
Cooldown: 17 seconds all levels
Framework: works like the one warlocks first skill has except that you must also share the pain the other one is receiving.
*SECOND SKILL*
SPELL BINDING LEASH (B) (ACTIVE) Clifford leashes his enemies with the use of a holy spell disabling his enemies abilities and when the leash breaks it causes enemies to be stunned for a certain time.
NOTE: When there is only one hero it only silences that enemy hero.the duration of the silence depends on the level of this skill.
Deals 25 damage every seconds. (DPS depends on the duration of the silence.
Level 1 Leashes 2 enemy heroes, silences them for 3 seconds, when the leash breaks they get stunned for 1 second. The leash breaks at 600 distance.
Level 2 Leashes 3 enemy heroes, silences them for 4 seconds, when the leash breaks they get stunned for 1 second. The leash breaks at 500 distance.
Level 3 Leashes 3 enemy heroes, silences them for 5 seconds, when the leash breaks they get stunned for 1 second. The leash breaks at 500 distance.
Level 4 Leashes 4 enemy heroes, silences them for 6 seconds, when the leash breaks they get stunned for 1 second. The leash breaks at 400 distance.
Manacost: 90/ 110/ 120/ 140
Cooldown: 12 seconds all levels
Framework: links enemy heroes. The leash is somewhat the color of purification
*THIRD SKILL*
BANISHING LIGHT (G) (ACTIVE) Clifford returns back an opponent at a certain time, damaging it when it arrives at its location a certain time ago and enemy unit surrounding it where it was before.
0.5 cast delay.
It returns hero 3.5 seconds ago. Has 300 AoE damage.
Level 1 damages for 150.
Level 2 damages for 180.
Level 3 damages for 210.
Level 4 damages for 260.
Manacost: 120/ 140/ 160/ 180
Cooldown: 23/ 18/ 18/ 14 seconds all levels
Framework: works like time lapse but is casted on the enemies.
*ULTIMATE SKILL*
OMNISCIENCE (E) (ACTIVE) Clifford ask assistance from the Almighty and allows him to see his enemies revealing it for a certain time.
Level 1 gains sight of all enemy heroes for 9 seconds.
Level 2 gains sight of all enemy heroes for 12 seconds.
Level 3 gains sight of all enemy heroes for 15 seconds.
Level 3 w/ Aghanims Scepter - gains sight of all enemy heroes for 20 seconds.
Manacost: 250/ 300/ 425
Cooldown: 180 all levels
Framework: this skill reveals invisible units. Clifford and his allies gains sight of his enemy heroes. Enemy heroes will have a status on their status bar below that they are being seen.

umm... not your best work, first, this dude = team killer, second his first skill will be glichy cuz well... the dmg will just be bouncing back and forth, plus, stoping 4 enemy heros for 2.5 seconds, combined with tiny, holy crap that is over like 4 seconds of free time to beat the crap out of ppl, so this guy needs work, why not try only a 1 second stun and dealing some dmg...

I think that the third skill is overpowered. Decrease the duration to 3 seconds, removed the AOE damage and cut the units damage in half.

I still think that the third skill needs a nerf. Moving a hero back in time is a significant ability without it dealing damage to them. If you want it to deal damage I think it should be reduced.
