Dagger Of Time

Description:

An Ancient Relic that was created on persian times , recently discovered at the caves of Lordaeron .

Requirements:

*Blade of Alactrity
*Diffiusal Blade

StatS:

+20 Int
+30 Agi
+Feedback(burns 20 mana per attack - orb)

+Active Skill - (TimeShift)

TimeShift:

uses the power of the dagger manipulating the time removing all buffs and slows all enemy heroes by 80% for 5 seconds (1000 AoE)

-55 seconds cooldown
-100 manacost

XD nice name...but IMBAA 1000aoe?? 80%?? that is way 2 much..but i like the idea to use the purge...probably make the aoe smaller and lower the slow to 50%

lol .. wat name ? my name or the items name ? hahaha ... why imba .. i think 1000 AoE is ok because as u can see it has a 55 sec cooldown ..

still 1000aoe is quite large... and make it 100sec if you really ant to keep it..so its more like a ulti or so

hmmmm .... i think its ok ... even if its 1000 aoe it seems balanced .. IMO ... but TTF is right ... make it have a higher cooldown ...

55 secs is in no way a long cooldown for such an awesome effect....somewhere between 80 and 100 should be good...

also, is it 1000 AOE around YOU or can you choose where....because i think that its imbaness could be reduced a bit my making the AOE be centered on you and reducing it...

to imba. the manacost and cooldown most be higher. like manacost = 200. Cooldown = 80
