Cloak of Reflection (3450)

Requires:
Blade Mail (1700)
Planeswalkers Cloak (650)
Cloak of Reflection recipe (1100)

Gives:
+20% spell resistance
(removed blademail's return effect)
+5 armor
+20 damage
(Active) Reflect: Reflects 35% of earned damage
(limit of 1000) in an 750 AoE
around the caster. Can also
heal allies with 35% of earned damage.
(Does not stack with Mekasm's heal)

*This means you can earn up to 1000 damage in your
Cloak of Reflection and you can use 35% of it to damage
opponents and at the same time heal allied heroes.

*No cooldown

*Does not heal friendly creeps like Mekasm, but damages
unfriendly creeps.

*The reason I removed the melee damage return is bec. that
would be so IMBA. ^_^

i dont really think that it's a good idea...
i find it so impa...Just imagine Spectre or even Visage with this item and their 3rd skill...
