Passive: Shadow Strike: 20% chance to fire a Shadow Strike - Deals 70 dmg and 10dps for 5 seconds. Slows ms by 25%.
Active: Blink Strike: Teleports to a foe or friendly unit. Deals 10 bonus damage. (Mana Cost: 50 Cooldown: 10)

Oooooooooooooooops...where did the +9 stats came from?? put in circlets instead of branches and btw...is poison a active? i hope so...its a good item though, but abit booring Wink

Actually the poison was passive but active works better perhaps.

It is a bit boring lol!

I edited it.

Took away passive poison orb and added a % chance shadow strike.

I also added Kelen's Dagger to recipe and gave the item and active Blink Strike (Like Mortreds)

Now this is almost strictly a chaser item, as opposed to an escape item.

This is good, since kelens is in the recepie. Kelens should be used in some recepie, since its a more frequently bought item these days. 10/10
