i don't know if i made a really good hero but it is worth to try... =)

so please post for comments and suggestions...

Sylvianne
“Silverwing”

Story:
Sylvianne was once the heir to the throne of the Harpies at Thunderbluff. She was known as the Empress of the Sky because of her skilled fighting abilities and renowned magical abilities to manipulate the element of the wind. During the havoc and chaos spread by the Scourge in the world, her kingdom was destroyed and everything was turn into ashes and many of her kind suffered and died. Unfortunately, Sylvianne and some of her kin manage to survive the wrath of the Scourge. Now Sylvianne is back and is seeking revenge to the Scourge and joined the force of the Sentinels.

Primary Attribute: Agility

Stats:
STR = 14 + 1.25
INT = 19 + 2.00
AGI = 23 + 2.50

Base damage: 39 - 52
Appearance: Harpy (with silver feathers if possible)
Affiliation: Sentinels

Range: 475

Attack speed: 1.53
Movement speed: 315

HP/ Mana: 416/ 247

HP regeneration rate/ Mana regeneration rate: 0.67/ 0.77

Armor: 4
Abilities:

*FIRST SKILL*
Sylph Stream (R) (active) – Sylvianne summons a tornado that damages and lures enemy units towards it and silences them as they are pulled.

enemies MS is reduce by 60 and regains 10 move speed gradually in 6 seconds.

Level 1 – deals 10 damage per second. pulls enemies 100 distance every second. 300 AoE. Tornado last for 6 seconds. Silences enemies for 0.5 second after every 3 seconds. The tornado travels in a 600 distance and has 100 MS.

Level 2 – deals 20 damage per second. pulls enemies 100 distance every second. 350 AoE. Tornado last for 6 seconds. silences enemies for 0.75 second after every 3 seconds. The tornado travels in a 600 distance and has 100 MS.

Level 3 – deals 30 damage per second. pulls enemies 100 distance every second. 400 AoE. Tornado last for 6 seconds. silences enemies for 1 second after every 3 seconds. The tornado travels in a 600 distance and has 100 MS.

Level 4 – deals 40 damage per second. pulls enemies 100 distance every second. 450 AoE. Tornado last for 6 seconds. silences enemies for 1.5 seconds after every 3 seconds. The tornado travels in a 600 distance and has 100 MS.

Cool down: 7/ 9/ 9/ 12
Manacost: 80/ 90/ 100/ 140

Framework: works like black hole that is travelling in a line but without the channeling. The silenced units will have “!” over there heads as usual. the pulling effect only works in the AoE of the tornado. looks like a small tornado in a line which lures enemies towards it. enemies get silence as they are pulled every 3 seconds. The silence doesn't stack.

*SECOND SKILL*
Foresight (F) (passive) – Sylvianne has her sharp eyesight that makes her see far objects. This also enables her to predict enemy movements and to evade attacks. Sylvianne also gains the ability to detect nearby enemy heroes within a certain range.

Level 1 – 15% chance to evade attacks. detects enemy heroes within 700 AoE.
Level 2 – 18% chance to evade attacks. detects enemy heroes within 800 AoE.
Level 3 – 24% chance to evade attacks. detects enemy heroes within 900 AoE.
Level 4 – 27% chance to evade attacks. detects enemy heroes within 1200 AoE.

Framework: Maybe Sylvianne would look like casting a illusion spell when evasion is triggered. detection works when there is just enemy heroes nearby the area where Sylvianne is located or standing, then a signal on the map is shown. the signal last for 4 seconds only. detected heroes can be detected again after 11 seconds.

*THIRD SKILL*
Blitz Impulse (E) (active) – Sylvianne flies through multiple enemies within a blink of the eye and deals an amount of damage to them. After executing improves MS and becomes immune stun and slow but receives increase damage to attacks and spells.

Level 1 – deals 90 damage in a 300 line. gives 7% MS increase and becomes immune to stun and slow. 3% increase in damage receive. last for 3 seconds.
Level 2 – deals 115 damage in a 350 line. 11% MS increase and becomes immune to stun and slow. 6% increase in damage receive. last for 5 seconds.
Level 3 – deals 160 damage in a 400 line. 14% MS increase and becomes immune to stun an slow(any type of slow). 9% increase in damage receive. last for 7 seconds.
Level 4 – deals 210 damage in a 500 line. 17% MS increase and becomes immune to stun and slow(any type of slow). 12% increase in damage receive. last for 9 seconds.

Cool down: 18/ 15/ 12/ 9
Manacost: 60/ 70/ 80/ 90

Framework: works like the waveform of morphling (morphling) but much faster but instead of splashes of water I would like it to look like many Sylvianne illusions(In a single line) rushing through the targeted area. damage dealt will show and look like critical strikes. The buff after executing Blitz Impulse only affects Sylvianne. buff can be remove if diffusal blade is used to her.

*ULTIMATE SKILL*
Silver Wing (W) (active) – Sylvianne focuses her energy and unleashes it causing heavy damage and stunning and knock backing enemy units around her. This skill takes a few seconds to cast. Enemies which are knocked back will receive an extra damage depending on the base damage of Sylvianne’s Blitz Impulse when they collide with anything (creeps, allies, enemy creeps, trees… etc…).If knocked back enemy units hits a stunned ally affected by silver wind the stunned ally will be stunned for another 1 second. (the new stun erases the other one.)

Level 1 – deals 125 damage in a 400 AoE, Enemy units outside 200 AoE range are stunned for 2 second and enemy units inside 200 AoE range are knocked back for 275 distance. 2.00 seconds casting time.

Level 2 – deals 150 damage in a 450 AoE, Enemy units outside 225 AoE range are stunned for 2.5 seconds and enemy unit inside 225 AoE range are knocked back for 300 distance. 1.75 seconds casting time.

Level 3 – deals 250 damage in a 600 AoE, Enemy units outside 300 AoE range are stunned for 3 seconds and enemy units inside 300 AoE range are knocked back for 350 distance. 1.5 seconds casting time.

Cool down: 90 all levels
Manacost: 180/ 200/ 260

Framework: Looks like the ultimate of nevermore (shadow fiend) but instead of a slow it would stun and knock back enemy units or I want it to look like a wind surge or a blast like a detonate of a wisp. While Sylvianne is casting this spell she looks like that she is focusing energy around her.

Synergies:

Blitz Impulse + Sylph Stream + Silver Wind = a combo attack

You use blitz to approach, damage enemies then used your wing flurry to damage them again and silence them to avoid being stunned or countered while you are channeling your ultimate

Blitz Impulse + Sylph Stream = a good way to get some money and to damage your opponents

Blitz Impulse = means to escape and to approach

Blitz Impulse and Foresight = offensive and defensive purposes

Silver Wind + other characters combo AoE attacks (example: Reverse Polarity (best choice for combo), Overgrowth, Requiem of Souls… etc…)
= skill for clashing

Builds:

This is just my guest...
Radiance = money. Money, MONEY!!!
Butterfly = goes well with her Eagle’s Eye
Lothar’s Edge, Black King Bar, Linken Sphere (for her ultimate to not get cancelled if ever)
Boots of Travel/ Power Threads = your choice
Manta Style = confusing enemies are great… =p just joking = this item is just for fun FOR ME
Any other choice of item… maybe items that would raise her HP because her strength growth is very little... skadi?

ummm this is basically the same hero that everyone else has been making. dont try to use the same attacks that like void uses. Like instead of the blink thingy, u should have her have the ability to loss colision for a few seconds, or maybe make it so that melee enemies cant hit u, like creeps and brood's spider thingies...

nah ulti is kewl for 1 on like 3 on 4 or for stalling, but u should maybe make it so that the closer u r to her the more dmg i deals

metanoia that is the skill im suggesting to change, and maybe u should add some buffroids to her third skill... i mean a 1.75 crit, that is crap. plus it is only 17% chance. how about buffing it up to like 2.2 crit and a 27% chance to activate. now that is a critical.

Mirana got nerfed a fiew versions so that she isnt invulnerable anymore whilst leap...to stop her leaping away with rupture (rupture is physical if Im right...so dont make her invulnerable to physical damage...you could make it like a suicide so that she flies forwards and then back again...but is immune to stun or other moving impairing effects...got what I mean?
Its an ok hero...but not the most innovative... ok for a first idea Wink

thank you for your comment please see if i met/ slightly met your expectations...

as you can see also i have change her 2nd skill because i have checked that it is somewhat similar to Pandaren Brewmaster's Drunken Brawler so i just change it to evasion and the ability to see through blind spots...please check the AoE of seeing through blinds spot if it is too large...

i've changed the 2nd skill of Sylvianne to evasion and providing her the ability to see through blind spots. i removed the critical chance because it will be similar to the skill of Mangix (pandaren battlemaster).

I like the 3rd skill as it is, seems like a pretty good ability. Like you said, good synergy, nice effects, you would need to know when to use them. For her ult, maybe make it a 1.5 channeling build up, like for Crix's ult, except shorter. 1.5 seconds is still a long time to get a disable in.. Smile
