how to counter lion?

help me pls.,.i've been playing with my friend 1 on 1.,.he got lion and i got troll.,his build for lion was deso,aghanim,PT,and he owns,.i havent killed him.,my build was BF,PT,and that all i've got..the game ends early and were playing OM,..what strategy shud i use?.and who's the best hero against lion?,. Sad

A good Lion player can potentially take out anyone.

But really now, Troll can take Lion out, no problem. Just get a bkb!

get a bkb and whenever ure going in for the kill bkb ans ulti and bye lion..

1 on 1 u can make a bkb as ure first item

u should also make treads helm of d and butterfly

the easiest thing to do is get magina!!! or get necronomicon, bkb, diffusal, or manta and all mana decreasing (or burning) items...

heroes with magic resistance (magina and pudge)

heroes who can silence before going in for the kill

permabashers who can get close enough (BKB solves that)

BKB and HoD will make any player much better against Lion because he is all about his skills

Any nuker (lion has low hp)

Any tanker with large hp

and maybe Gondar but only because he's so hard to click on

also, superior skills help

You loose with toll because you die early game.

Simply DONT FIGHT until you farmed bkb. (buy any item after bkb)

Here is a trick to avoid fight; move back when the enemy walk towards you, as he is trying to stun / hex you. You will have enogh time to avoid, since both hero are range, giving large distance. [I do this with sni and zeus has no chance casting spell on me ^^]

demon withch own you early game.
you own him late game..... GG
