Hero or Item Builder?

I feel I need to get your consensus first on what you guys want, a Hero Builder or Item Builder? I think either would be great, but I can only do one for now, and maybe the other one in a few months. Please, if you're going to kid around, don't respond to this thread. The first choice to get 50 votes will be the winner.

err.. mr.drew, is it necessary for the hero builder to get 50 votes? i mean, that seems so far away. i think if the ratio crosses 1:10 in favor of the hero builder , u shud start making it!
