Recipe:
Bracer (level 1)
Power Treads (level 1)
Mithril Hammer
Keldar Totem Recipe (750)

Gives:
+50% attack speed
+65 run speed
+32 damage
+5 to all stats
20% chance to do a 90 damage Pulverize

One reason for choosing those items for the recipe is probably the fact that neither Power Treads nor Bracer can further be upgraded, and it's a shame cuz they have so much potential. Suggestions, balancing, improvements? Let them flow.

What's Pulverize?

+5 to all stats...no +6 to strength...Mebbe...+5 to all stats, with an additional +2 to strength making a total of +7 to strength...
Sacrifice Movement speed for Attack Speed? I don't think so...I'll stick with treads...

You don't know what Pulverize is? Apparently you haven't really played a lot of melee, have ya? Pulverize is the passive skill for Taurens which has a percentage chance to deal an AoE damage around the caster everytime he attacks.

And I believe +50% attack speed is already decent. Just think about Hyperstone, which gives this bonus. Same for the strength. I've sacrificed a bit of strength for 2 points bonus in all stats.Damage is also boosted by 8 (ok, I can increase this if you think it should).

Here, I modified it. Now you can get it with a recipe (balancing purposes), with the same bonus for run speed as power treads.
