It's a replay file about phantom lancer with some added commnetary...I think. Is it a CAL game?

It's a replay with a recording I've put with it. The recording is .OGG and you'll need http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm that codec in order to play it correctly. It is an Audio (sound, voice) Commentary (http://dictionary.com), how else can I explain it?

And no it's not a CAL game -- I've done audios on them in the past, but for the most part, they are too slow, and far too boring in order to do any kind of entertaining commentary.
