Cast Epicenter, then blink to the enemy.

I think walalang meant was if sk cast epi, blinks to the enemy only to find the enemy blinking away from epi's range.

In other words how to kill with sk when dealing with heroes who blink or have dagger.

Answer a team with lots of disable or disables that last a long while like black hole. That or just time it right that he blinks first and you epi and blink or stun in, while his blink or dagger cools down.

Oh and as long as the tail finishes shining like an alarm and epi starts, you will still have epi when you blink. Although you may have to waste 1 to 2 pulses of epi when you blink.
