I know that it works for Nessaj. Haven't tried it on Naga Siren or TB yet so im not sure. But for Nessaj, the images dont lose 35 hp per second like they should so it works nicely with his ulti.

@Bill08 a good terrorblade player doesn't use the lifesteal for anything but triggering linkens

one Q about this item n huskar. If huskar puts armlet on like lvl 11, first ulti then this then heal, how much hp is he losing? no burning spears on...??

it works nice for Ursa, RK, SB, SK, Slardar, FV, Troll, huskar, almost all DPS heroes are great with it.
