Gives:

+15/21/24 int
Activated (50 mana, 60 sec cooldown): Raise dead, summons 1 Necronomicon Archer and a Necronomicon Warrior for 30 seconds. Can be upgraded by repurchasing the Recipe Scroll; 2 upgrades maximum.
Cannot be Dropped, cannot be used by Tinker

+9 Damage
+3 to All Attributes
+12 Intelligence

400 Damage to Single Target 600 Range
40 Second Cooldown 245 Mana Cost
Upgrade with Dagon Recipe
+100 damage per upgrade (800 damage max.)
+20 mana cost per upgrade (325 mana max.)

1.5 aspd is like, 1.5%? but if thats true then this is a ver balanced item

1% chance of killing enemy hero. Good on clinkz, troll with their super ASPD they will get 1% chance and kill. Though i dont like it, to imba.

imagine this, you have this item, and you just escaped from a gank, but all of a sudden HOOKED! by that guy everyone hates, pudge. he turns on rot and is about to finish you, but at the last second, you turn around to attack him, and you get that 1%.
that would be epic.

I just want 2 ask if I understood properly...the dmg burst, 1% killchance are for the summoned beast, right?? then its actually balanced (cannot be targeted by invokers alacricy)
