Made from the ones that are forging shurikens

Gives:
47 damage
20% chance to deal 40 bonus damage with each attack.
+125% Mana Regeneration
+5 HP/Sec Regeneration

Bouncing attack(Passive)

Requires:
Javelin
Claymore
Perseverance

sounds interesting...but only one bounce and dmg reduction on the bouced hit...can also only be used by ranged heroes (u could do +1 glaive for luna Wink)
