Rakas'rh - The Bloody Mist

The Frozen Throne used to have two owner : one was Lich King, and the other one was his brother Rakas'rh. But Lich King wanted to be its only owner, so he killed his brother cruelly. Rakas'rh's blood was splashed all over the Frozen Throne. After that, the bloody mist appeared and tried to protect the throne with its pure-evil bloody power at any cost, from anyone who come near it, even the Lich King.



Range: 125 | Move Speed: 290
Primary: AGI
STR: 18 + 1.8 | AGI: 20 + 2.5 | INT: 25 + 1.6
Damage: 34 - 35 | HP: 492 | Mana: 325
HP Regen: 0.75 | Mana Regen: 1.01
Attack Speed: 1.44 | Armor: 3



Blood Bomb

Rakas'rh uses the blood of the enemy to make a bomb inside them without their noticed. When he makes the bomb blow, it deals big damage to the enemy in AoE arounf the targeted one and splashs blood all around to heal his allied. Max 3 stacks on one target. You'll gain the view of the target in the skill AoE. The bombs will vanish when the target go back to the Fountain.

Level 1 - 60 damage, 60 hp healing in 300 AoE
Level 2 - 90 damage, 90 hp healing in 300 AoE
Level 3 - 120 damage, 120 hp healing in 350 AoE
Level 4 - 150 damage, 150 hp healing in 400 AoE

Manacost : 100 / 125 / 150 / 150
Cooldown : 35

Note : This is your ONLY nuke skill, it's the best for ganking and finish. Use it wisely and you can even have triple-kill.



Bloody Mist

Rakas'rh turns his body into bloody-red mist, makes him nearly invulnerable with physical attacks but takes more damage by magical attacks and misses most of the attacks. Click the icon again to get back to normal.

Level 1 - 15% evasion on physical attacks, 10 more MS, 15% magic resist reduced, miss 20% of his attacks
Level 2 - 30% evasion on physical attacks, 20 more MS, 25% magic resist reduced, miss 40% of his attacks
Level 3 - 45% evasion on physical attacks, 30 more MS, 40% magic resist reduced, miss 60% of his attacks
Level 4 - 60% evasion on physical attacks, 40 more MS, 60% magic resist reduced, miss 80% of his attacks

Passive
Changing Cooldown : 10 / 15 / 20 / 20
Do not stack with Butterfly

Note : This is an imba double-edge sword, you are now nearly invulnerable, but they can kill you just with one spell and you miss most of your attacks. More than that, it make Butterfly - main AGI item - useless. Careful when you use it. Best for chasing and escaping, even tanking (i guess).



Blood Sucker

Rakas'rh is thirsty for blood and needs more blood to be in being and increase his power. Last 15 seconds. Increasing damage will end when the spell ends. Rakas'rh will dies when this skill ends without killing anything.

Level 1 - 2 hp lose per seconds, 5% lifesteal, increase damage by the stealing hp x 0.03
Level 2 - 5 hp lose per seconds, 7% lifesteal, increase damage by the stealing hp x 0.06
Level 3 - 8 hp lose per seconds, 10% lifesteal, increase damage by the stealing hp x 0.09
Level 4 - 12 hp lose per seconds, 15% lifesteal, increase damage by the stealing hp x 0.12, can be autocast

Manacost : 100
Cooldown : 30 / 25 / 20 / 15

Note : This skill and other lifestealer items are great supports for ulti => help you tank well with 2nd skill. Be sure that you kill a creep or something when you activate this skill.


Bloodstained Soul

Rakas'rh drinks the blood of his victim to slightly grow up and violently increase his base damage. The base damage will reset when Rakas'rh dies.

Level 1 - Increase his base damage by the stealing hp x 0.01
Level 2 - Increase his base damage by the stealing hp x 0.02
Level 3 - Increase his base damage by the stealing hp x 0.03

Passive

Note : IMBAAAAAAAA !!!!! With the 3rd skill and lifestealer items, you may have even 300 base damage at Lv20. So the IAS items would be best for this hero. Farming is now more important than ever

2nd skill is overpowered. 65% evasion is too much even with 60% vulnerability.
ulti is IMBA, too much lifesteal gain.

Maybe the 2nd skill and ulti are pretty much imba, i'll fix it.
