Yes, feast isn't an orb so you can get Satanic and Vlads and they will both stack with feast for ridiculous lifesteal

My perfect build for Naix is:

Power Treads
Vladimir's Offering
Sange&Yasha
Assault Cuirass
Basher
HoT
.
I prefer Sange&Yasha over Satanic because with more atk speed and maim you are frenzy monster that tears apart.
Try this build and tell me istnt it owning? :P

BTW,you can always form assault earlier and DUN buy MKN and BURIZA TOGETHER

EoS... Slow Stacks with your skill and synergy with BoT
Butterfly... Attack Speed for lifesteal and evasion
HoT... Survivability and Damage
Dagon 5... Your lifesteal only takes them down to low..finish with this
BKB... Awesome synergy with your Skills, Together they give 20 seconds Magic Immunity

Dreaming.. obviously. Total cost 33,300 Gold, wow

Power Threads
Satanic
Butterfly
Heart Of Tarrasque
Assault Cuirass
Armlet Of Mordiggian

ahmmmm, for me that is the best items Dont consider this items easy study this very well before you try.
