HOW MUCH NEED TO SPEND-8150

What it Will Give ...

+25 all stats
+20 Armor
+ Active Frost armor AoE **
+4 hp regen

About the Frost armor -

200 AoE
100 mana needed To Activate
+4 armor to all
When Attacked -10% of MS/atk speed
Lastes 15 Seconds

its too weak and too expensive.please add more benefits to the armor buff.
