Strategy making??

Strategy making??

Either something is wrong...or i am just seriously retarded...i wanted to make a strategy for harbinger but when i get to the skill build i see 4 blank lines and then stats for when i am supposed to pick....(isn't the name of the skill supposed to be in that little box?)...obviously nothing happens if i click add on a blank line...but when i click to add stats it says lvl 1 stats...but then the box closes and doesn't let me add anything..it forces me to take stats at lvl one and then i can't pick any other skill....(i've seen this for harbinger and nerubian assassin..dont know if its something wrong or if i am seriously retarded...)
