Dae'num - The Water Tamer(my first hero idea) please comment

1st skill: Soak (k)
Encloses an enemy unit in a ball of water for 10 seconds. Lightning-based attacks do more damage on affected unit.
Lvl 1: enemy unit takes 5 dps. Lightning-based attacks do 1.2 times damage to affected unit.
Lvl 2: enemy unit takes 6 dps. Lightning-based attacks do 1.5 times damage to affected unit.
Lvl 3: enemy unit takes 8 dps. Lightning-based attacks do 1.7 times damage to affected unit.
Lvl 4: enemy unit takes 10 dps. Lightning-based attacks do 2 times damage to affected unit.
Mana Cost: 90/110/130/150
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15

2nd skill: Water Impel (l)
If there is water nearby (within spell range), Dae’num does 400 dmg to targeted unit
Lvl 1: enemy unit takes 500 dmg. Water should be within 500 range.
Lvl 2: enemy unit takes 500 dmg. Water should be within 600 range.
Lvl 3: enemy unit takes 500 dmg. Water should be within 700 range.
Lvl 4: enemy unit takes 500 dmg. Water should be within 800 range.
Mana Cost: 150/170/190/200
Cooldown: 45/40/35/30

3rd skill: acid rain (i)
Rain falls down, damaging all enemy units and healing all nearby friendly units within 500 range for 10 seconds.
Lvl 1: enemy units take 10 dps. Friendly units heal 5 HP per sec.
Lvl 2: enemy units take 20 dps. Friendly units heal 10 HP per sec.
Lvl 3: enemy units take 30 dps. Friendly units heal 15 HP per sec.
Lvl 4: enemy units take 40 dps. Friendly units heal 20 HP per sec.
Mana Cost: 120/140/160/180
Cooldown: 30

last skill: water mimic (m)
If there is water within 2500 range, Dae’num makes a copy of himself made of water that is exactly as strong as himself. The copy lasts 30 seconds.
Mana Cost: 200
Cooldown: 180/150/120

Dae’num is a harasser/supporter kind of hero, I think he can also become a good pusher because of his 3rd skill.

He goes best with Razor and Zeus, I bet he’ll also be good with stunners. You get the picture right?? Smile

Its a nice Idea but to terrain dependant...also is dagon considered a lightning spell? then you could beat linas ulti for 300dmg (dagon lvl 5 wit 800dmg..) or increase linas ultimate to about 2600 whopping dmg...its not that balanced...because e.g. zeus got only lightning spells whereas witch doc doesnt...nah its a fine hero Wink

as far as i know (but i'm not too sure), laguna isn't a lightning-based attack, i don't know about dagon though...
i wouldn't consider it a lighning-based attack, it would be too strong, 1600 dmg?? ouch..

I think the best item for him is mjolinir. Smile

Have to change the first skill.. I have thought of these type of amplification heroes before too but it really just doesnt work. You could just make it a slow with a % damage amp and decrease the duration in either case. The second skill is beyond IMBA: Just go mid with Zues and the game is over, do you see what I am saying: FB with one attack from each of you = 600 damage.. also, why would you ever lvl it up? Just get in once and hang out in the water. Needs some serious rethought.

too imba. sorry. also the water impale. lol. seriously that too imba. too much damage and u need to be near water... its lik he needs to live in mid lane to own. its a bit silly lol. no hero has that sorta thing. its ok just needs ajusting. also the waterball... 10 secs... if laned with zeus in mid... too imba bud. change or rework him. XD.
