Damage: 48 - 52 | HP: 530 | Mana: 325
HP Regen: 0.85 | Mana Regen: 1.01
Attack Speed: 1.40 | Armor: 2
Dra'ray is god of the forest. He is an adept who can summons various plants to his aid. He couldnt stand and watch how scourge destroing forest. So he join with sentinel to destroy scourge and save forest. [story is stupid
]
Plant Beast (E)
Summons an aggressive plant beast that attaks your enemies from a distance
Level 1 - Summons an aggressive plant beast with 150 HP, 20 DMG 600 range for 10s
Level 2 - Summons an aggressive plant beast with 300 HP, 25 DMG 600 range for 10s
Level 3 - Summons an aggressive plant beast with 450 HP, 30 DMG 600 range for 15s
Level 4 - Summons an aggressive plant beast with 600 HP, 35 DMG 600 range for 15s
Mana Cost: 130/140/150/160
Cooldown: 16/14/12/10
Thorns (T)
Create thorns that spread from seedkeeper towards the chosen locatiion damaging and slow every enemy they touch in the process.
Level 1 - Thorns deals damage between 25-100 and slow 10% for 3s. 600 range from seedkeeper
Level 2 - Thorns deals damage between 50-150 and slow 20% for 3s. 800 range from seedkeeper
Level 3 - Thorns deals damage between 75-200 and slow 30% for 3s. 1000 range from seedkeeper
Level 4 - Thorns deals damage between 100-250 and slow 40% for 3s. 1200 range from seedkeeper
Mana Cost: 150/170/190/210
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14
Framework: like Nerubian Assassins Impale without stun and units do not go to air but red numbers over enemies head show how much damage units take
Venom (V)
Seedkeeper uses venom while attacking
Level 1 - deals 3 damage per second for 2s and slow 2% per attack
Level 2 - deals 6 damage per second for 2s and slow 4% per attack
Level 3 - deals 9 damage per second for 2s and slow 6% per attack
Level 4 - deals 12 damage per second for 2s and slow 8% per attack
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: looks like new Spirit Lance from Phantom Lancer
Forest Overlord (F)
Summons an overlord plant, which uses all the seedkeepers skills and also attaks enemies for 25s
Level 1 - Summons forest overlord with 800hp, 45dmg,600 range, 10% to use lvl 2 plant beast,thorns and venom attack.
Level 2 - Summons forest overlord with 1000hp, 50dmg, 600 range, 15% to use lvl 2 plant beast,thorns and venom attack.
Level 3 - Summons forest overlord with 1200hp, 55dmg,600 range, 20% to use lvl 3 plant beast,thorns and venom attack.
Level 4 - With Aghanim`s Scepter: Summons forest overlord with 1400hp, 60dmg, 600 range, 25% to use lvl 3 plant beast,thorns and venom attack.
can cast skill only if you have that skill in lvl that your overlord needs.
Mana Cost: 250/325/400/400
Cooldown: 100/85/70/70
Framework: Summon gigant treant (night elves tower) like defensive tower on sentinel side but smaller.

Story: Needs some work man. Get into it a little. I see that he loves the trees, tell a story about him watching at the scourge burned forest be fuel their seige engines of war! haha
1st skill: Sounds ok. A good harassing and last hitting tool. I would make it so you get 2 of these guys at lvl 4 with a longer duration.
2nd skill: Also balanced. I would boost the slow duration to 4 seconds and make the damage pure or just increase the damage as it is your only real nuke. Other than that sounds good.
3rd skill: Needs a serious buff. Too weak. Increase the slow and the damage or just come up with something new (sounds a lot like venomancer)
ULT: Not a huge fan, I like that it has a low cooldown but other than that he seems to be missing a certain spark. I would get rid of the chance to create other monsters and just give it seige damage. Also you might give it an activatable skill like Treents ulti only shorter duration (2 seconds) with less damage and smaller AOE.
Other than that looks like a balanced hero that needs a few buffs.
