Lukrin is a night elf of great power. He devoted his time studying the art of draining mana from creatures. He soon found a dagger, which was locked in a chest in a secret room of an old temple. And it seemed to posess powers that steals the mana of a creature. And when the corruption of the scourge killed most of his friends, he vowed to avenge them an became a warrior of the sentinel. All casters should watch out for he can cast a bolt that drains all of your mana!!!

tree glide
when near trees, the mana triker turns invisible an he gains increased movement speed. has a fade time of 2 seconds

lvl 1 20% increased movement speed
lvl 2 30% increased movement speed
lvl 3 40% increased movement speed
lvl 4 50% increased movement speed

mana cost:90/140/140/150
cooldown:10 seconds

deflection field
if a unit's current manapool is 25% below, the unit will get pushed back and gets damaged. Has a 500 AoE.

lvl 1 deals 50 dmg
lvl 2 deals 80 dmg
lvl 3 deals 100 dmg
lvl 4 deals 120 dmg

passive

mana steal
His enchanted dagger steals mana from enemy units and deals bonus damage.

lvl 1 20% chance to steal 10 mana and deals 30 bonus damage
lvl 2 30% chance to steal 20 mana and deals 40 bonus damage
lvl 3 40% chance to steal 30 mana and deals 50 bonus damage
lvl 4 40% chance to steal 40 mana and deals 60 bonus damage

passive

-ULTIMATE-

mana bolt
sends a bolt of electricity that destroys an enemy's mana nad deals damage. Has a 800 casting range.

lvl 1 destroys 250 mana,deals 240 dmg
lvl 2 destroys 350 mana,deals 340 dmg
lvl 3 destroys 450 mana,deals 450 dmg

mana cost: 100/130/150
cooldown: 60 seconds

He is way overpowered by the lookings of his Ultimate. 450 dmg and 450 mana? o.o... CD 60 sec.......
And a 40% chance to do bonus dmg and steal mana. Wow.
And he even has a ww skill! With 50% increased speed...
Very imba already.
And how often is deflection field?
120 dmg? With a fragile spellcaster, he will be dominated all game.
I suggest lowering the MSPD and attack damage.

grr.
first skill - it's the same concept as treant. and really imba, seriously, slardar doesn't even have a ms boost as fast as that, and he takes extra damage too. and guess what, there's trees all over the map. fail.
second skill - it's okay. it's aoe so for all units that have a manapool below 25%? damage is acceptable, how much do they go backwards? include more details
third skill - ... what the hell, improved magina, imba damage chance, imba damage points. god, this is ridiculous.
ulti - omg.. mana leak + a mini laguna blade

NERFFFFFFFFFFFFFF except for second skill
