not exactly, coz mostly a hero maker will come up with original spells.
for eg. if i make a storm bolt skill without stun, how much damage should increase to make both storm bolt and my skill equal in power.

yes well then you need to start thinking laterally, as a general rule nukes to a single target do about 300
aoe stuns do 270-90
umm
yeah just think it through...
