Attack Speed: 1.37 / Armor: 1.5
"Tyrael had sacrificed much to protect the mortal realm from the forces of the three prime evils. None can deny his bravery in standing against their actions dispite heaven's wishes. After destroying the World Stone, Tyrael's power was drained and he was forced to remain hidden among mortals until he regained it. A millenia passed and the war with the Scourge started. Tyrael was not at full strength, but he had no choice. He had to assist the Sentinel. With his devine power, he shall call down heaven's wrath upon the Lich King."
Smite
Using his shield and holy strength, Tyrael can bash the enemy for a mini stun of .1 seconds.
Level 1: Smite deals 10 extra damage. Has a 11% chance to knockback and deal extra 30 damage if vanguard is in inventory
Level 2: Smite deals 20 extra damage. Has a 13% chance to knockback and deal 40 extra damage if vanguard is in inventory
Level 3: Smite deals 30 extra damage. Has a 15% chance to knockback and 40 extra damage if vanguard is in inventory
Level 4: Smite deals 40 extra damage. Has a 17% chance to knockback and 50 extra damage if vanguard is in inventory
Manacost: 20/30/40/50
Cooldown: 4/3/2/1
Right click for autocast.
Edit: took out hammers added this for no reason. Autocastable like clinkz searing arrows.
Prayer
Tyrael emits an aura that with every corpse in a 300 AoE around him, he heals health and mana per corpse to himself and allies every 3 seconds.
Level 1: Every corpse heals 20hp/10mp
Level 2: Every corpse heals 30hp/15mp
Level 3: Every corpse heals 40hp/20mp
Level 4: Every corpse heals 50hp/25mp
Manacost: n/a
Cooldown: n/a
Note: so if there's 4 corpse around him at the time, at level 1 he would heal 80hp and 40mp.
Edit: Added hp/mp every 3 seconds so you gotta wait before you heal.
Lucify
Slowly regaining his powers that he had once lost before, Tyrael releases the energy in pillars of light which were once said to have contained the mightiest of heroes.
Hits all units in a 500 AoE. Amount of damage that can be charged increases with level. Every unit he kills gives 50 damage to the charge counter.
Level 1: Can charge up to 100 damage.
Level 2:Can charge up to 200 damage.
Level 3: Can charge up to 300 damage.
Level 4: Can charge up to 400 damage.
Manacost: 100/150/200/250
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15
Note: Animation looks like Slardar's stun so Tyrael lifts his sword and then pillars look like Lunas Lunar beam thing except its yellow and it hits everyone in the AoE
Fist of the Heavens
Strikes a single foe with an bolt of light from the heavens, with contact of enemy, an arrow of light strikes the area immediately causing a shockwave in a ring of 200 AoE. Shockwave slows for 3 seconds, slow increases with level.
Level 1: Deals 250 damage, shockwave deals 150 damage and slows ms by 35% for 3 seconds
Level 2: Deals 300 damage, shockwave deals 200 damage and slows ms by 45% for 3.5 seconds
Level 3: Deals 350 damage, shockwave deals 250 damage and slows ms by 55% for 4 seconds.
Manacost: 200/250/300
Cooldown: 120/90/60
Note: Ok so this is basically a nuke ult that deals straight out damage but then has the effects of storms charge attack, the bolt hits the enemy,an arrow hits the ground and causes a shockwave that deals damage and slow to the enemy and enemy around him within the 200 range.

Your story is bad. Tyrael working with Nher'Zuul? No way. Would you mind if Bard Man helped ya with some re-writing? Bard Man promises it'll be great if you do and you're free to reject anything Bard Man gives ya.
Anyway, the skills. Swap FotH with the hammers. Better name for an ult.
Bard Man beat ya to the Redemption Aura. made it the ult of Bard Man's 'Knight of the Zakarum'.
Change to Prayer or Meditation. That way ya have some support power.
Conversion's nice. The chance is low so even if you got hyper or something it couldn't do too much. Still could be fun in a jam.

1st skill: How long does the slow last? Does the Shock wave damage the target or just the units around it. Also, Mana cost should increase with each lvl
2nd skill: Sounds fine as long as you have to actually be within a 200 AOE of the creep when it dies. The corpse shouldnt make the difference it would be the death of the creep that counts.
3rd skill: I dont see how this skill really works with any of the others.. I cant even figure out how this skill works at all.. You cast this for 50 mana per attack for a small chance to convert a creep??? You will drain all your mana in 3 seconds.... If your saying that you get a chance to convert creeps all the time for just attacking, and only when it works the 50 mana is deducted then you are looking at an IMBA skill that cant work with dota. Imagine end game: you stack up the 30 creeps you stole throughout the game at your fountain then rush the enemy........
ULT: Im not sure but this sounds kind of like 20 seconds of imunity from anyone that you can get within 200 AOE of yourself... So just cast your ult blink in and perma stun the whole enemy team?? Please explain how this is a balanced skill.

@getatmedog: Dude, pooling a bunch of converted creeps at the fountain would be a massive waste of time. You'd be better off healing them for a bit then sending them after nuetrals. And even then, only 8% of all the creeps you hit would ever be converted. By late game, just about any hero could plow through them. It'd be feeding to a new level.
Please consider this sort of thing before voicing an opinion.

@Bardman If 8% of all the creeps you hit during a long game became yours (if you attack each creep on average 5 times, auto attacking so that you get more of them, naturally) you are actually talking about converting between 30 and 100 creeps during the course of a game. If I had that many creeps I would put them blocking all of the lanes and stockpile creeps for about 6 waves (30 per lane) then let everything loose at once. You should check out the old Chen if you think I am wrong.

Ok the 3rd skill he has changed.. But i have a small problem: Suppose u convert the creep when he is at 10% health, will he get back his health? Or will the creep get more HP like with Chen?
