Gleer - Anti Tank
Bored nothign to do might as well do another hero.

Story:
A truly gifted blind warrior that trained mainly to disrupt the might of his opponents. Brother to Terrorblade and Magina, he the youngest and smallest defeated the Ogre and the Tauren clan all by himself. His diminishing attacks aims for the source of his opponents strength and crushes it until they malfunction in fear. No opponent is too big or small for him. As he says "Even the Mightiest cannot be Mighty" that phrased\ echoes through all the every dead foes that faced him. But as unmighty as his opponents seem to him, his unmighty himself.

Skills

[Might Rupture]
Gleer's blade hides more secrets of its own. Deals more damage based on the amount of hp remaining.

Level 1 - Deals 0.4 bonus dmage for every 11 hp remaining
Level 2 - Deals 0.8 bonus damage for every 10 hp remaining
Level 3 - Deals 1.2 bonus damage for every 9 hp remaining
Level 4 - Deals 1.6 bonus damage for every 8 hp remaining

[Absorbtion]
Gleers body is surrounded by a protective veil which reduces attack damage and reflects back at the target taking away their dominant attribute.

Level 1 - 2% of opponent attack damage is blocked and takes away the dominant attribute of opponent.
Level 2 - 4% of opponent attack damage is blocked and takes away teh dominant attribute of opponent.
Level 3 - 6% of opponent attack damage is blocked and takes away the dominant attribute of opponent
Level 4 - 8% of opponent attack damage is blocked and takes away the dominant attribute of opponent

Stacks 4 times.
Last 10 Seconds every attack.

[Tankness Removal]
Gleer casts an absorbing spell on an enemy, all damage taken by the enemy for this duration is then released and amplified. Amplified damage is the amount of the dominant atribute loss % of the opponent .

Level 1 - Last 4 seconds / Absorbtion absorbs and reflects 1% more
Level 2 - Last 5 seconds / Absorbtion absorbs and reflects 2% more
Level 3 - Last 6 seconds / Absorbtion absorbs and reflects 3% more
Level 4 - Last 7 seconds / Absorbtion absorbs and reflects 4% more

Manacost : 35/70/105/140
Cooldown : 25 seconds
The skill is manual click but the absorbtion bonus effect is passive.

[Celestial Slash]
Gleer slashes in a wide area damaging opponents and bonus damage for amount of their hp remaining.

Level 1 - 245 damage + 4% hp of all enemy heroes in range dealt as damage. 450AoE in front of him.
Level 2 - 375 damage + 5% max hp of all enemy heroes in range dealt as damage. 550 AoE in front of him.
Level 3 - 525 damage + 6% max hp of all enemy heroes in range dealt as damage. 650 AoE in front of him.

Manacost : 250/300/350
Cooldown : 75

DESCRIPTION - Imagine magnus shockwave but white blue but theres alot of shockwaves slashes outwards.

explantion. 6% of all max hp of enemy hero so if theres 2 enemy heroes in the AoE, then they both will be dealt 525 damage + 12% of both their max hp as bonus damage. So 6% of 1 enemy heroes max hp and 6% of the other hero combine and deal damage to all the hero in range.

So the first skill is sort of like naix only without the life steal?
