Kiron - Swordman of the Wind

Damage: 54 - 58 | HP: 606 | Mana: 195

Kiron lashes out with his sword so hard and so fast that upwards of hurricane force winds blast those in front of it. Affects range of 600 in front of Kiron. The units up close take more damage.
Level 1 - 75 damage, units at 100 distance take 40 extra damage
Level 2 - 150 damage, units at 200 distance take 60 extra damage
Level 3 - 225 damage, units at 300 distance take 80 extra damage
Level 4 - 300 damage, units at 400 distance take 100 extra damage
great for harassing and giving others some extra incentive to stay away
Mana Cost: 100/125/150/175
Cooldown: 12
Framework: Basically Krobelus' Carrion Swarm but white.

[Edit] Air Pressure ()
As Kiron swings his sword faster and faster, air is pushed forward even by the very tip of his sword and thrust forward. As a result, enemies are hit by this wind and slowed down as a result. Effects wear off within 3 seconds after Kiron last hits the target. Stacks 10 times. Orb effect.
Level 1 - 2% movement and attack speed reduction with each hit
Level 2 - 3% movement and attack speed reduction with each hit
Level 3 - 4% movement and attack speed reduction with each hit
Level 4 - 5% movement and attack speed reduction with each hit
Overrides all other orb effects. (might wanna get vlads)
Mana Cost: n/a
Cooldown: n/a
Framework: Kiron's sword shines blue when you have this skill.
Notes: the best friend to your ult

[Edit] Healing Wind ()
As the wind blows stronger against his wounds, Kiron's blood clots faster and helps him heal as a result. Doubles Kiron's base health regeneration. (This does not include items.)
Level 1 - Each tree in an AOE of 1200 reduces the bonus regeneration by 2%.
Level 2 - Each tree in an AOE of 1200 reduces the bonus regeneration by 1.5%.
Level 3 - Each tree in an AOE of 1200 reduces the bonus regeneration by 1%.
Level 4 - Each tree in an AOE of 1200 reduces the bonus regeneration by 0.5%.
The number of trees is determined by the default position of trees on the map. Those eaten or created (Furion) do not affect this skill.

Cooldown: n/a
Framework: none
Notes: ur gonna have awesome regen at either ur own or enemy base...

As Kiron sets his eyes on a target and begins to move, the wind almost seems to push him along in fear of getting in his way.
Level 1 - Kiron gains 10% increased movement speed, attack speed, and damage for 6 seconds. Gains truesight of all targets in 600 AOE. Adds additional truesight after spell ends for each hero hit during the duration of this spell. Truesight = 1 * Air Pressure level * number of times you hit that particular hero.
Level 2 - Kiron gains 20% increased movement speed, attack speed, and damage for 8 seconds. Gains truesight of all targets in 800 AOE. Adds additional truesight after spell ends for each hero hit during the duration of this spell. Truesight = 1.75 * Air Pressure level * number of times you hit that particular hero.
Level 3 - Kiron gains 30% increased movement speed, attack speed, and damage for 10 seconds. Gains truesight of all targets in 1000 AOE. Adds additional truesight after spell ends for each hero hit during the duration of this spell. Truesight = 2.5 * Air Pressure level * number of times you hit that particular hero.
what makes him an awesome chaser
Mana Cost: 150/250/350
Cooldown: 160/140/120
Framework: Like Dazzle's Weave, except white.

Okay, his strength is wayyy too high! If agi is his main attribute, it should stay the highest. And plus, having 15 as a least dominant attribute still doesn't balance it enough. If you were to choose him, he would always take the first blood, as he is an endurance killer, so that's not cool. He has higher starting strength that centaur, pudge, and all those heavy str heroes. Okay, moving on. I see that he is very mana dependant, get lot's of mana, maybe a shivas is good on him. Everything else for the stats are good. Now, for the skills.

Question for Windcutter. If it's going forward in a blade blast type of thing, what's the width of the aoe going 600?
Okay, the skill is pretty strong for an aoe, maybe lower each level by 50 or 75 damage. For the extra damage make is 300 aoe, 400 is like 75% of the whole spell. Hmph, I guess mana could balance it out, but I'm getting tired of every hero having mana to balance the spell out. -.- Okay, next one---

So.. this skill is a slower, and AS slower? Hmm, stackable, and.. at level 4 can reduce speed by 50%? Interesting.. sounds imba, oh wait, lasts three seconds? So, pretty much a chaser/initiater, it's okay. Not too original, and I'll have to say that it is very much like Rexxar's third passive skill, not remember what it's called but I still know the effects.

I'm sorry, but I don't really understand this. Ultimafarmz. You can stay in the lane for as long as you want, basically like a tango skill, cheap. Not that good IMO i'm sorry, but pretty original and interesting.

(drumroll, ultimate)
--So, it's a buff?
It's a mix between track(gondar) and Strygwyr's third skill? (forgot name).. Pretty interesting, but heck where did the extra health and armor come from? This skill would seriously be fricken imba with Mask of Madness. The helmet gives lifesteal, making farming easy, with the help of healing wind. (imba) Activates berserk and Wind Tunnel and Air Pressure = Kill.

Well, overall, if you're going to make a killer hero, make him fragile, AGI, and have no healing abilities. It's direct, it would be imba too.

EDIT: Just realised he can build to be a permabash too, or he can go all damage+agi, maybe he can also take advantage and be a str hero.. idk? gl on future heroes

anyway, gonna review ur review now Laughing

stats:
whoops.....swapped the values for str and agi...also, was thinking of making the int 13 but it seemed a little low...so i kept it

1st skill:
it's just as wide as krobelus's carrion swarm (that's why i used it as an example for framework) and i was thinking of making it 800...but then i decided to downgrade it to 600, but kept the extra damage distance same...

2nd skill:
it's not really all that imba...and i could care less if it seems similar to other heroes' skills...

3rd skill:
keep in mind that it doesnt factor in regeneration from items, only that from your str...also, there are plenty of trees in dota so most of the time you won't be getting much of a bonus...

ulti:
first part is self explanatory...as for the second part, i just thought that the ult by itself isnt all that impressive and should give the guy some extra goodies

I'm not criticizing the hero's skills for the fear that you might review this review.

Just one question...how do the skills synegize with each other? I'm not really sure how the skills help each other.

Im not sure what it looked like before but as it looks now I would say a balanced hero. Not very exciting though. I would alter the Ult into something maybe tornado related.. not sure.

Here is an idea.. He activates his ult and for the next 15 seconds Tornados randomly activate within a 1000 AOE of Kiron dealing damage/slowing enemy heroes/knocking down trees. Kiron is at peace with the storm and gains the bonuses that you listed above...
I think that would look way cooler and I dont think it would be too imba. The tornadoes could be like the ones that those Neutral creeps make only you dont control them the randomly fall within the AOE and move about in a hectic manor. Maybe at lvl 3 Ult they fall on all the enemy heroes and follow them as long as they are in the AOE. Just a thought.

For ulti, change the MS from a % to a solid number like +20, +35, +50. Also, increase the duration of the spell or decrease the CD (its a little weak to be so short)
