Stats

Range: Melee | Move Speed: 280
Primary: AGI
Str: 18 + 2.4 | Agi: 20 + 2.8 | Int: 16 + 1.5
Damage: 55 - 60 | HP: 550 | Mana: 250
HP Regen: 0.90 | Mana Regen: 0.58
Attack Speed: 1.55 | Armor: 4

Skills:

Death slash (D)
The Death reaper swings hes scythe creating a dark wave that hits multiple enemy units.(works just like wild axes)
Level 1 - 80 damage.
Level 2 - 110 damage.
Level 3 - 230 damage.
Level 4 - 300 damage.
Manacost: 70/100/110/150
cooldown: 20/15/10/10 sec.

Dark aura (passive)
The death reaper's presence bring fear to those who feel and see him slowing their attack speed.
Level 1 - reduce attack speed by 10%
Level 2 - reduce attack speed by 15%
Level 3 - reduce attack speed by 20%
Level 4 - reduce attack speed by 30%

Darkness Strike(E)
The death reaper teleports to an enemy and slash it slowing it for 5 sec.(blink stike + slow)
Level 1 - deals 50 damage and 15% ms slow
Level 2 - deals 100 damage and 20% ms slow
Level 3 - deals 150 damage and 25% ms slow
Level 4 - deals 200 damage and 30% ms slow
Manacost: 80/100/120/140
Cooldown: 25/20/15/10 sec.

Soul Exile(X)
The Death reaper summons souls from his scyte to attack random enemies(each souls can deal 20 damage and can only attack 5 times)
Level 1 - summons 5 souls
Level 2 - summons 8 souls
Level 3 - summons 10 souls
Level 4(with alghanims) - summons 13 souls
Manacost: 200
Cooldown: 120/100/80 sec.

Does anything cost mana??? and... lol at the story, come on man put some thought into it. I am looking forward to seeing the icons and reading a kickass story.

3 skills with mana cost and an int gain of 0.5. Should wourk out really well

this guy fails...

ulti isn't very good it needs more souls or better damage....
darkness strike is just too imba.... 100% MS LOSS????
whats the aoe + range on 1st skill?
dark aura is allright but still...

I got a PM from him. I think he is going to start updating the stuff again. I see that there are now Mana costs for the spells....

About the Ult.. do they attack random units or do you tell them where to go?

the ghost attacks random enemies , the 1st skill has an aoe same as rexxar's wild axes but only damages once , and give me suggestion about the 3rd skill

I think that the third skill looks good. It will work well with your ult... Blink at them in the woods then ult and your souls will attack them for a while because they are slowed. You should change the CD and Mana cost per lvl.
