Livia had designated her life to the fine art of necromancy in the old lands of Tyria. Tyria had suffer from a long war with humans against the charr in the east and a civilwar in the west. Livia have been in both of these wars trying out her necromancer skills, learning new abilities and teaching other what she already knows. But now she has decided to become more than a necromancer, learn other ways to slay her enemies. So she decided to join the Scourge in their fight against the Sentinel and sharpen her daggers once and for all.

Animate Minions (T)

Livia spawns minions out of corpses on the battlefield. The minions will improve with each level. Minions cannot be healed by the fountain nor be under the effect of health regeneration buffs (such as the one you get from mekansm). However they can be healed with mekansm and gain the lifesteal aura from vladimir's offering. Livia can only have 5 minions with her at a time.
Level 1 - Animates one minion with 300 health. Minions will have a constant life degeneration of 5 hp/second. Minions have 12-17 piercing damage, and will have 1 armor of the type unarmoured
Level 2 - Animates one minion with 400 health. Minions will have a constant life degeneration of 5 hp/second. Minions have 17-23 piercing damage, and have 1 armor of the type unarmoured
Level 3 - Animates two minions with 400 health each. Minions will have a constant life degeneration of 6 hp/second. Minions have 17-23 piercing damage, and have 1 armor of the type unarmoured
Level 4 - Animates two minions with 500 health each. Minions will have a constant life degeneration of 6 hp/second. Minions have 23-28 piercing damage, and have 2 armor of the type unarmoured

Mana Cost: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200
Cooldown: 30 / 25 / 25 / 20

Framework: One, or two (depending on skill level) miniature skeleton/s will raise from a nearby corpse.

Fragsteal (F)

After all the sacrifices Livia has done as a necromancer, her lust for blood has grown a lot over the years. With some unknown power Livia can make her target immune to all types of damage, except the one coming from herself and her minions.
Level 1 - The target gains immunity to all damage, except the one coming from Livia, her minions and the fountain. The target will have their movement speed reduced by 10% and will take 20% greater damage from Livia and her minions attacks. Last 5 seconds.
Level 2 - The target gains immunity to all damage, except the one coming from Livia, her minions and the fountain. The target will have their movement speed reduced by 20% and will take 30% greater damage from Livia and her minions attacks. Last 5 seconds.
Level 3 - The target gains immunity to all damage, except the one coming from Livia, her minions and the fountain. The target will have their movement speed reduced by 30% and will take 40% greater damage from Livia and her minions attacks. Last 5 seconds.
Level 4 - The target gains immunity to all damage, except the one coming from Livia, her minions and the fountain. The target will have their movement speed reduced by 40% and will take 50% greater damage from Livia and her minions attacks. Last 5 seconds.

Mana Cost: 100 / 115 / 130 / 145
Cooldown: 20 / 17 / 17 / 14

Framework: Livia will get a red shinig circle around her feet.

Notes: The hero can still be targeted by spells and suffering the effects from them (such as stun, slow, disabling etc) but will not take damage from these spells. The target can also still be healed by allies, as well as himself/herself).

Perfect Aim (E)

After hard training Livia has gotten her aim to the max, making herself able to never miss an attack. Livia can no longer miss with her attacks due to height differense or dodge chance. however though, she'll only do a portion of her normal damage on attacks that would normally have missed a foe.
Level 1 - Livia will deal 9% of her normal damage on attacks that normally would have been missed.
Level 2 - Livia will deal 17% of her normal damage on attacks that normally would have been missed.
Level 3 - Livia will deal 25% of her normal damage on attacks that normally would have been missed.
Level 4 - Livia will deal 33% of her normal damage on attacks that normally would have been missed.

Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Framework: Instead of the normal red "miss-text" that comes up when you miss, there will now be a white "hit-text" instead.

Notes: Attacks can still miss if the target blinks or gains invisibilty at the right moment.

Wail Of Doom (D)

Livia is able to confuse the mind of her enemies, making them belive they are weaker than they really are. Wail Of Doom lowers the current level of all the enemies spells and abillites for a short period of time.
Level 1 - Target enemy will have his/her normal skills lowered by one level. Last 10 seconds.
Level 2 - Target enemy will have his/her normal skills lowered by two levels and his/her ultimate lowered by one levels. Last 10 seconds.
Level 3 - Target enemy will have his/her normal skills lowered by three levels and his/her ultimate lowered by two levels. Last 10 seconds.

Mana Cost: 100 / 160 / 220
Cooldown: 90 / 90 / 90

Framework: The target of this skill will gain the icon on their statusbord and will glow slightly green.

Notes: Skills lowered too zero or lower cannot be used while this skill is in effect. For example, you use this skill (lvl 2) on Earthshaker which has Fissure lvl 4, Totem lvl 1, Aftershock lvl 3 and Echo Slam level 1. While he is under the effect of this spell, the level of his skills will change too: Fissure lvl 2, Totem lvl -1 (which means it cannot be used), Aftershock lvl 1 and Echo Slam level 0 (which means it cannot be used).

Hey you seem to be on a roll, lol-troll Smile

I like the ulti, kinda like an anti-ulti.. But seems against the AI of DOTA to allow such a spell.. Icefrog are u listening??

Ulti most effective against heavy nukers and mana-depedent heroes.. Would it affect passives too?

@ghost432. Well yeah. The point of this ultimate is to make an enemy hero more or less useless. As in the example, ES will still be able to use Fissure, but it'd deal almost no damage and stun much shorter. It's an ultimate, what did you expect?

3rd skill looks very interesting. Does it reduce the lvl of all of the targets skills or does it hit a random one?

@getmeadog. I belive you mean the fourth skill (since it third is just hitting all the time). It does reduce the level of all 4 skills, not just 1.

ohhh.. Yeah, I was talking about the Ulti. Hmm.. Im not sure if it is IMBA or not.. I guess it would depend on the hero he is going after.. Tree for instance would be uneffected by this for the most part while someone like Zues would be worthless. haha. Not sure.
