pros:
-excellent lane control
-tons of last hits
-tower pushing
-low mana
-low cooldown
-spammable meaning you can have tons of them at a time
-can kill roshan with this
-slows enemy
-neutral
cons:
-not as good as stat
-low potential in killing heroes during late
-weak slow
that is all i can think of.
