+90 run speed (does not stack with Power Treads or Boots of Travel/Speed)
+7 to all attributes
+12 agility
Activate: Assassin Blink (130 mana, 25 sec cooldown)
200-700 Range Blink
Can Target Enemy Unit for backstab blink attack (125 damage, 4 seconds -35% movement speed)
Cannot be used by Pudge or Vengeful Spirit

But you forgot to mention if it stacks with items like boots of travel or power treads...
And where do you get the icons?

Stacking would make it imba so I doubt it actually does (do power treads and boots of travel stack between them?). I got the icon from wc3sear.ch (what's still left of it).

No power treads with BoT dont stack.
