Psyper's Wand

It was forged by a Bellato Psyper from another world. It was a fierce and destructive weapon that the other alliances feared. After having passed on and on in the generations, one day it had landed in the hands of a corrupt sorcerer, Yomo. He used it to take control of the Holy Stone Keeper and massacred many people with it. The ancient ancestors saw the chaos in Novus and they for ever exiled the wizard to Kanir, a forgotten planet inhabited only by other corrupt wizards. When they saw this powerful wand they desired its strength. Even Yomo realized that the wand was too strong now, he banished it to another world. In which it was taken by an undead who sold strong equipment.

Requires:
Headdress of Rejuvenation
Netherezim Buckler
Mekansm Recipe Scroll

Gives:
+5 All Attributes
+5 Armor
Passive: 3 HP/sec regeneration aura
Active: Revitalize
Gives 2 bonus armor and heals 250 hit points to nearby friendly units.
150 Mana Cost

Dagon (LVL 1) - 3000 GOLD
Requires:
Blades of Attack
Staff of Wizardry
Dagon Recipe Scroll

Gives:
+9 Damage
+3 to All Attributes
+12 Intelligence
Activate: Energy Burst
400 Damage to Single Target 600 Range
40 Second Cooldown 245 Mana Cost
Upgrade with Dagon Recipe
+100 damage per upgrade (800 damage max.)
+20 mana cost per upgrade (325 mana max.)

End Result

Psyper's Wand - 6884 GOLD
Requires:
Dagon - 3000 GOLD
Mekansm - 2434 GOLD
Psyper's Wand Recipe Scroll - 1450 GOLD

Gives:
+10 Damage
+8 to All Attributes
+12 Intelligence
+5 Armor
Passive: 3 HP/sec regeneration aura
Active: Core Burst
Damages enemy units withing 500 range for 350, also reduces armor by 3.
Heals friendly units within 500 range for 250, also increases armor by 3.
Mana Cost: 300
Cooldown: 70 Seconds

Cooldown is quite low..

Damage is high, seeing that it becomes an AoE spell.

Hmmm... This thing can turn a whole battle around. Either increase cooldown or manacost/lower the damage and/or healing...

500 dmg for 500 AOE + 50 sec cooldown = imbaness.
lower the damage maybe 350? raise the cd maybe 60 secs?
im still confused about one thing; mekansm + dagon 1 = item as it is now. but mekansm + dagon 5=?

Yeah, it's IMBA with just 50 sec cooldown, and too expensive to buy

Ok im nerfing it,
@ei8htballz, well this only works with a lvl 1 dagon..ill add that too right now..
@all the point of the item is to be like the Necrolyte's Death Pulse spell where he damages and heals.. i wanted it to be stronger but i guess this is TOO strong xD
