Computer: Need suggestion about upgrading it.

Well, I have asked about it and was suggested like these:

Mainboard : Gigabyte GA 81 865 GME
Processor : Dual Core 2.8 Intel
Memory : DDR 256 MB PC 3200 / 512 MB
Hard Disk : Seagate 80 GB 7200

What do you think ?
Do you have any comments or suggestion? (please giving them along with the reasons)
If it's going to use to play game ( since usually games have so many requirements ), What do you think?

3.2 ghz LGA type intel single core P9,000+
Asus P5P800 model motherboard 5,000+
i'm still picking if i'll get nVidia or Redfox or Radeon
1 gb memory 3,000+
100 gb hard drive

if i remember it correctly, at guilmore you give the specs or buy the parts separately and theyll assemble it for you with no extra charge...
