Can anyone tell me how does the Staic Charge thing works?^_^

Buff yourself with static charge. While you have the buff, enemies that attack you have a chance to get hit by lightning. Think about Mogul Kahn's counter helix. it's something like that.

It's just like Counter Helix -desu~.

If an opponent attacks you, you have 20% chance to release a 200 damage Forked Lightning that affects 7 nearby opponents -desu~.

To use -desu~:
Click on the item, then click on your hero -desu~.

Resolved and Closed -desu~.
