ULFSAAR- Melee or Long-ranged?!?

I'm confused with ulfsaar(ursa warrior)

Q1: is this character melee or long-ranged?!?
Q2: if he is long-ranged, does skadi orbs with the 3rd skill?!? and why?!?
Q3: what is the possible item build for this character?!?
Q4: lothar's or kellen's dagger?!?

1. Im confused too ( this is a bug, before chossing it shows range after that it shows melee)
2. Errrrrrr
3. Vanguard,Boots of travel,Heart,Blink/Lothars,Butterfly
4.Depends on the situation- If youve farmed crazy then go for lothars or go for blink.

1] Range [100, Projectile speed = 10000]
2] See the Orb Effects Thread
3] Use the Search Tool
4] I'd go for Blink Dagger. Search tool also.
